The rate also includes time spent outside the session in planning, preparation of materials and liaising with other professionals.

It is appreciated that families may need to contact me between therapy sessions for help and advice so there is no charge for calls to parents or other professionals up to 20 minutes.

If therapy is delivered in the child’s home. Ad-hoc liasion with educational settings or multi-agency meeting may be required.
